2-day safari Tsavo East and Taita Hills – The park is the largest protected area in Kenya and is home to most of the most iconic mammals. You can spot vast herds of red elephants, giraffes, rhinos, buffalo, follow the tracks of hunting lions and the very rare leopards, admire herds of hippos and crocodiles that emerge from the surface of the waters of the great river that crosses the park. All this among families of zebras that proceed in single file to protect their young from predators, aquatic antelopes, gerenuk (the very cute gazelle-giraffes) and more than 500 species of birds and birds of prey.

2 Day Safari Tsavo East and Taita Hills – Tsavo East National Park is the largest park in Kenya and is home to a wide variety of wildlife.
Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary is a smaller park but offers the chance to see some rare animals such as the dik-dik, oryx and kudu.
The best time to visit the parks is during the dry season (June to October) when the animals concentrate around the waterholes.
It is important to bring binoculars, a camera and a sun hat.
It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes.

15:00: Depart from Tsavo East National Park.
16:00: Arrive at Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, photo safari until sunset.
18:30: Check-in
19:30: Dinner and sleep.

06:00: Sunrise game drive.
08:30: Breakfast at the lodge.
09:30: Resumption of game drive.
12:30: Lunch at the lodge.
14:00: Departure from Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary.
18:00: Arrival at your beach hotel.
